I've just uploaded my first piece of short fiction to this site. Writing is really where my talents lie; photography is more of a hobby that I'm learning how to make money doing. I've been writing since I was seven years old. For Christmas, I gave my father a short story as his gift that year. When he passed three years ago, my older brother found the story in our father's desk. Kinda sweet, huh? Anyway, I was bitten by the writing bug and have been writing ever since. I have four completed novels that are living in a desk drawer because I'm too chicken to submit them for publication. Maybe I'll be like Anais Nin and have the bulk of my work published posthumously, after it's discovered by my children. Aren't most famous artists only famous after they're dead?
